To be honest, I thought that even if I did self-care, it would not be able to change the situation that I was suffering from. However, I realized that self-care can bring about a change in my feelings and positive attitude, and as a result, a bad situation can be improved. Also, I did not understand the difference between emotional, psychological, and spiritual self-care, but reading the explanation helped me understand. Even though I felt I was under a lot of stress, I had never done anything about it, so I realized that self-care is important to stabilize my mental state and to avoid feeling difficulty in living in society.
